Mount Everest (8,848.86m), the highest mountain on Earth, stands proudly in the Himalayas on the border of Nepal and Tibet. Climbing Everest is considered the ultimate achievement in mountaineering, attracting climbers from around the world seeking one of the greatest challenges in adventure.

Our carefully designed expedition combines professional logistics, personalized climbing support, gradual acclimatization, and premium base camp services to maximize both safety and summit success. The addition of Lobuche Peak serves as an excellent acclimatization climb, preparing climbers physically and mentally for Everest.

Day 01 – Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport. Meet our expedition representative and transfer to your hotel. Evening welcome dinner and Everest expedition briefing.

Day 02 – Expedition Preparation

Permit formalities, equipment inspection, expedition briefing, and final preparations.

Overnight: Hotel

Day 03 – Kathmandu Sightseeing

Guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Valley's UNESCO World Heritage Sites and final expedition shopping.

Overnight: Hotel

Day 04 – Fly to Lukla (2,860m) & Trek to Phakding (2,800m)

Scenic mountain flight to Lukla followed by an easy trek to Phakding.

Overnight: Lodge

Day 05 – Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Trek through Sagarmatha National Park to the vibrant Sherpa town of Namche Bazaar.

Overnight: Lodge

Day 06 – Acclimatization Day in Namche

Acclimatization hike to Everest View Hotel with stunning views of Everest, Lhotse and Ama Dablam.

Overnight: Lodge

Day 07 – Trek to Debuche (3,870m)

Beautiful forest trail through Tengboche Monastery and Rhododendron forests.

Overnight: Lodge

Day 08–09 – Trek & Acclimatization at Dingboche (4,243m)

Trek to Dingboche and spend an additional day acclimatizing with a hike to Nagarjun Hill (5,100m).

Day 10 – Trek to Lobuche (4,930m)

Pass Everest Memorial Park and enjoy spectacular views of Nuptse, Lhotse and surrounding peaks.

Day 11–12 – Lobuche Peak Climb (6,119m)

Climb Lobuche Peak as part of the acclimatization strategy before Everest. Return to Lobuche after the summit.

Overnight: Tent & Lodge

Day 13 – Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364m)

Reach Everest Base Camp, your home for the next several weeks.

Overnight: Tent

Day 14–52 – Training, Rotations & Everest Summit Push

After settling into Base Camp, climbers participate in:

• • Ladder and fixed rope training
  • Ice climbing practice
  • Acclimatization rotations
  • Camp I, Camp II and Camp III rotations
  • Weather monitoring and summit planning

Once favorable weather conditions arrive, climbers begin the summit push through:

• • Camp I
  • Camp II
  • Camp III
  • Camp IV (South Col – 7,950m)

From Camp IV, climbers make their final summit attempt on Mount Everest (8,848.86m) before descending safely back to Base Camp.

Day 53 – Return to Lukla

Trek back to Lukla or optional helicopter transfer depending on package and preference.

Day 54 – Fly to Kathmandu- Flight or helicopter transfer

Overnight: Hotel

Day 55 – Leisure Day & Celebration

Free day for rest, shopping and sightseeing. Farewell dinner with the expedition team.

Day 56 – Final Departure

Transfer to Tribhuwan International Airport.

Note:

The expedition is planned for 56 days; however, most climbers complete the expedition within 45–50 days depending on weather conditions and summit schedule.

Our Everest team will be led by experienced Ningma Dorje Tamang who has a big history of climbing the big mountains with an experience of 15 years. Ningma Dorje Tamang is the Co-Founder and Director of Himalayan Mountaineering Expedition with over 15 years of mountaineering experience. He has guided and climbed major peaks including Everest, K2, Annapurna I, and Nanga Parbat. Known for his technical skills, leadership, and endurance, he is a highly respected high-altitude guide in Nepal. There will be other sherpa working under him for each members. There will also be a base camp who will take care of foods, accommodation and hygiene. There will also be team in Kathmandu who will work on weather update, helicopter arrangements and other necessary things.
