This date is normally an average date to give estimated time. Members can join in their preferred time as our basecamp is always there and we will help climbers to reach base camp with our guide. But we prefer everyone to arrive before 15 April so that you have enough time for acclimatization and training.

Accommodation in Kathmandu will be in 4-5 Star Hotel. During the trek hotels will be in small mountain lodges and hotels. In base camp we have tented camp with heated dining and cafe.

Itinerary
Day 01 – Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)
Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport. Meet our expedition representative and transfer to your hotel. Evening welcome dinner and Everest expedition briefing.

Day 02 – Expedition Preparation
Permit formalities, equipment inspection, expedition briefing, and final preparations.

Day 03 – Kathmandu Sightseeing
Guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Valley's UNESCO World Heritage Sites and final expedition shopping.

Day 04 – Fly to Lukla (2,860m) & Trek to Phakding (2,800m)
Scenic mountain flight to Lukla followed by an easy trek to Phakding.

Day 05 – Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)
Trek through Sagarmatha National Park to the vibrant Sherpa town of Namche Bazaar.

Day 06 – Acclimatization Day in Namche
Acclimatization hike to Everest View Hotel with stunning views of Everest, Lhotse and Ama Dablam.

Day 07 – Trek to Debuche (3,870m)
Beautiful forest trail through Tengboche Monastery and Rhododendron forests.

Day 08–09 – Trek & Acclimatization at Dingboche (4,243m)
Trek to Dingboche and spend an additional day acclimatizing with a hike to Nagarjun Hill (5,100m).

Day 10 – Trek to Lobuche (4,930m)
Pass Everest Memorial Park and enjoy spectacular views of Nuptse, Lhotse and surrounding peaks.

Day 11–12 – Lobuche Peak Climb (6,119m)
Climb Lobuche Peak as part of the acclimatization strategy before Everest. Return to Lobuche after the summit.

Reach Everest Base Camp, your home for the next several weeks.

From Camp IV, climbers make their final summit attempt on Mount Everest (8,848.86m) before descending safely back to Base Camp.

Note:
The expedition is planned for 56 days; however, most climbers complete the expedition within 45–50 days depending on weather conditions and summit schedule.
The Team
Our Everest team will be led by experienced Ningma Dorje Tamang who has a big history of climbing the big mountains with an experience of 15 years. Ningma Dorje Tamang is the Co-Founder and Director of Himalayan Mountaineering Expedition with over 15 years of mountaineering experience. He has guided and climbed major peaks including Everest, K2, Annapurna I, and Nanga Parbat. Known for his technical skills, leadership, and endurance, he is a highly respected high-altitude guide in Nepal. There will be other sherpa working under him for each members. There will also be a base camp who will take care of foods, accommodation and hygiene. There will also be team in Kathmandu who will work on weather update, helicopter arrangements and other necessary things.
